Information you provide

When you use an inquiry form, you may provide your name, email address, company, role and details about your business or question. Depending on the form, you may also provide your website, industry, employee range, revenue range, marketing activity or timing.

The request also includes the type of inquiry, the time it was received and the path of the page you submitted it from. The page path does not include the URL’s query or fragment.

Please leave out passwords, confidential business records and personal information about your customers.

How inquiries are used

Capacity Expansion uses the details you provide to understand your request, assess whether it is a fit and respond to you. The free business data check is a separate request. Its form asks for permission for Capacity Expansion to review your inquiry; information is sent to a buyer only with your separate permission.

Services that handle information

The website is hosted by Vercel, which may process technical information, such as an IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. Inquiry details are sent to Formspree for delivery to Capacity Expansion. Formspree also stores submissions in its dashboard.

Privacy questions

To ask a privacy question or request access to or deletion of information you submitted, use the inquiry form on the homepage and describe your request. Applicable rights and retention requirements depend on the circumstances and the law that applies.
